Participation Waiver

Where: All rentals launch from Roberts Creek East. We have our rental building 20 feet from the water’s edge!
 

How to: After you make reservation, we will send you an invoice to the phone number and email on file. Once invoice is paid, we will send you a building access code along with cable lock access codes for your equipment. Simply press “unlock” on the door code then type in your code and press “unlock” again and you will have access! Life jackets are provided along with paddles!
 

On demand rentals: If you are lakeside submitting reservation, please allow 5-10 mins for system to generate building access codes for you! Any reservations made 30 mins in advance will have building access codes prior to arrival!
 

Water conditions: Roberts Creek east is 250 acres of no wake water making it very safe and perfect for paddling! There are also multiple coves that are surrounded by trees creating great areas of wind protection! Roberts Creek also has an aquifer pushing in fresh water constantly creating healthy water year-round for paddlers!
 

Friendly reminders: We never charge for going over your time unless it is 30 minutes or more! Please keep in mind during busy days we do have reservations back-to-back and other customers may be expecting equipment to be ready. Please always ensure to return paddles and hand up your life vest so they can dry.
 

Very important: Please ensure to lock the building before you hit the water and after you leave for the day!
